Heya, I really love the product! I just received identical message that they are unable to fulfill my order!!???? I have NO complaints about this product, and I expect it to become bit messy in summer!. Why is this product not available from the service provider? I offered this for my grandson, and the packaging was great. The edition itself is of best average quality, and the bottom had a negative paint job, with some visible bubbles. We went to position it on the stand [provided] and to our dismay, the openings on the underside of the shuttle didn't line up with the stand pegs. I guess we will need to drill the outlets greater in order that they fit. For the worth of this unit [$80+], I would expect better high quality. Would now not suggest to a chum.
